The Near East Schools, which switched to the digital education system with the interruption of education within the scope of the New Type Coronavirus measures in our country, opened the course materials and auxiliary materials to the use of the general public and students.

In the distance education system, which is applied in order not to interrupt the education processes of the students, the Preschool groups, 3-5 years of age and elementary school from 1st year to 5th year, in all classes at every level, courses such as Turkish, Mathematics, English, Life Science, Computer, and Painting will be presented, explained, covered and solutions will be shown every day.

How will the course contents be accessed?
Along with the new course contents, study questions and answers for each course will be shared with the students. All course content and study questions will be available free of charge on the Near East Primary School (http://demo6.multisite2.neu.edu.tr) and Near East Pre-School (http://nec.k12.tr) web pages. Our parents and students will also be able to access the course content and study questions on the Instagram pages of the Near East Primary School and Near East Pre-School Preschool (yakindoguilkokulu and yakindoguokulonesi) and Facebook (Near East Pre-School and Nursery and Near East Primary School).

Ertan Aligüllü: “We open our course contents to students in digital education environment…”
Expressing that they added the video lesson application to the trainings that are handled with various materials at the Near East Elementary School and Near East Pre-School, Near East Schools Primary Education Head Ertan Aligüllü said that they will share their education programs with all students in the country. Ertan Aligüllü: "As of the Near East Schools Group, our lessons, which have been prepared with the great devotion of our teachers since March 10, due to the coronavirus epidemic, have been made available to all kindergarten and primary school students in the country as of Tuesday, March 31."

Stating that the students continue their classes with the distance education system in order not to be separated from education while they are away from the school, Aligüllü emphasized that it is important for children to learn new subjects and information and to get ready for the next school year with the distance education application where the new course topics will be explained, covered and their solutions will be shown.

Saying that “We want to ensure that not only the students of the Near East Schools group but also all children of education age in the country benefit from the education”, Ertan Aligüllü noted that they have invested in the future of our country and the world by providing access to formal and non-formal basic education so that children affected by extraordinary situations are not kept away from the necessary knowledge and skills.

President of the Board of Trustees of Near East University, who reminded that the students switched to the distance education system in order to continue their education without interruption during the period when the schools are closed due to the new Coronavirus epidemic, Prof. Dr. İrfan Suat Günsel said that lectures are opened to the public online so that all children of Preschool and Primary School in the country can benefit from their education system. Stating that they use all technological infrastructures in order to prevent the spread of the virus and continue the education life in the best possible and safe way, the students use all technological infrastructure to continue their education with distance education from their homes.

Prof. Dr. İrfan Suat Günsel said, “We offer the lessons given by our teachers to the use of all our children in our country in order to overcome this process with minimum losses and at the same time to create equal opportunities in education and learning.”

Stating that not only the students of the Near East Schools group but also all the children at the age of education can benefit from the course application they have integrated into the distance education system, Prof. Dr. İrfan Suat Günsel said, “As we set out to give the best education to our children, we, as the Near East Schools group, took steps with an understanding to contribute to the educational matters in the best possible way. In this challenging period of our country, we want to cover the education losses of our children from various age groups, by presenting the lessons we carry out online to ensure the continuity of education and training.
