TURKISH AND ENGLISH DRAMA CLUBS AT THE NEAR EAST JUNIOR COLLEGE

At the Near East Junior College, we have drama clubs in both English and Turkish. Drama is very important in education because it promotes communication skills, teamwork, negotiation and socialization as well as stimulating the imagination and creativity.

Drama is an important tool for preparing our students for life and the world of work. It helps our students to develop a better understanding of human behaviour and empathy with situations that might seem distant because, in order to play a role, a person must be able to inhabit another`s soul.
