Students of Near East Primary School who achieved 100 percent success in Cambridge Young Learner Exams received their certificates at a ceremony

The assessment in Cambridge Young Learner Exams, which Near East Primary School participated with 114 students, was made out of 15 points. 60 students from Near East Primary School received 15 points, 23 students received 14 points and 15 students received 13 points in the exams, showing great success.

Near East Primary School students achieved 100 percent success in Cambridge Young Learner Exams administered by Cambridge University, one of the most prestigious foreign language assessment institutions in the world. Near East Primary School students received their “Cambridge Certificates” at a ceremony held in Near East University Grand Library following their success in “Cambridge Exams” that assess the four main language skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Near East Primary School, which attaches great importance to foreign language education, offers English courses as well as mathematics, science and computer courses in English as a result of the curriculum studies it conducted with Cambridge University. The experienced teaching staff meticulously prepares students for exams within the scope of the English curriculum, while the strong cooperation with families ensures that each student is directed to exams that are appropriate for their individual talents and needs.

In the “Cambridge Young Learner Exams” in which a total of 114 students participated this year; 32 students from Near East Primary School successfully completed the “Starters” exam, 63 students completed the “Movers” exam and 19 students completed the “Flyers” exam and conferred upon the Cambridge Certificate. In the assessment made out of 15 points, 60 students achieved 15 points, 23 students achieved 14 points and 15 students achieved 13 points, demonstrating great success. In addition, two of the five students who were successful in the KET exam received the ‘Distinction’ and three received the ‘Merit’ degree.
